Condition
All items, unless stated otherwise, should be in a good condition. Where a defect exists, we will provide an indication and price the item accordingly. The specifications of our products are listed on this site and you are responsible to check if they meet your expectation prior to ordering.

Delivery
We aim to ship the majority of products within 3–7 working days. Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. In this case, any additional charges will be at your expense. PAPERIST has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.

Shipment within Hong Kong is normally sent via Hong Kong Post’s ordinary packet service without tracking. We also offer the delivery by SF Express to our customers in Hong Kong. Delivery time is around 3 days. Please ensure to provide us with an address that you can be reached as you have to acknowledge, by signing on the form, the receipt of your order.

Payment
All transactions are processed via Paypal and all major credit cards in Hong Kong Dollar.

Returns
Products may be returned if you notify us via email within 7 days after you receive the products. Products must be returned undamaged and in the condition in which they were sent. You are responsible for the costs of returning the products. PAPERIST is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment via PayPal after deducting the shipping costs within 7 days.

Damage
If the product you receive is damaged in the process of delivery, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing and we will contact Hong Kong Post or the courier company who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim.
